Pixel offers ITIN and self-employed loan programs available for licensed loan brokers. Our process is designed to be the simplest loan you will ever broker.

Program Highlights

• Texas only

• ITIN or SSN

• Self-employed, W2, 1099

• 620 FICO minimum

• $150,000 minimum loan

• Single-family (1-4 units) only

• 30 year fixed, 5/1 ARM, 3/1 ARM, 1/1 ARM

• 2-3.5% broker fee

Process Highlights

1. Send us a file via email or Google Drive. Include a 1003, photo ID, ITIN letter, and income documentation (usually 12-mo bank statements)

2. We will respond with pre-approval letter or other decision usually within 24 hours.

3. Submit a contract

4. We will coordinate with title and generate disclosures

5. Provide an appraisal and hazard insurance

6. We will close the file with title
